While the pursuit of excellence drives us, we must acknowledge that quality rest is the foundation of recovery and progress. Lately, I've been grappling with a sleep deficit, a reminder of the fine balance between pushing boundaries and respecting the body's need for rejuvenation. It's a valuable lesson – our dedication to improvement must encompass both training intensity and ample rest, to ensure we keep evolving, both on the mats and under the barbell.
