

After a stressful day it's so important to find a way to relax your thoughts and really rest 🥵 Especially necessary when you had a sleepless night, had to rush to the university in the morning, and there's almost no time left for a full meal 🙈 In such moments I like to arrange a cozy evening for myself: a warm shower, my favorite music or book, a cup of herbal tea and a complete disconnection from gadgets help to restore my energy and put my thoughts in order 😇 Even a short meditation or a light stretch before bedtime can do wonders, filling me with energy for the next day!
