📌 Today’s workout:
• Warm-up - 10 min cardio
• Dumbbell squats - 4 sets of 12
• Forward lunges + squat combo - 4 sets of 10 per leg
• Hyperextensions - 3 sets of 15
• Glute bridges - 3 sets of 12
• Cool down & stretching - always💧
