I tend to do things that are easily scalable for large parties cause my usual 47 component fancy dessert doesn’t really work haha. Also been working on curing my persimmons… they spend about 6ish weeks in the wine cellar… Sorry no pics of me from actual work (not allowed) but I also have to keep my top on at work so…
