

Back before Christmas I had a bit of an accident and slightly fractured my left arm, meaning I couldn't do any upper body workouts, which sucked because I had been doing pretty well. It knocked out my exercise routine and Christmas food and laziness didn't help, but I've finally recovered from my injury and have been getting back to the gym, and I'm really happy with how muscle memory has kicked in 😊 My stomach still needs some work, I'm never happy with it, but at least some of me is getting there
