What will this look like for you in your days? A few non sexual pleasures for me ✨ -closing my eyes and smelling a flower -looking up at the sky and gazing at the clouds -slowly brushing my lips and slowly eating fruit -watching honey slowly be drizzled -slowly eating a piece of chocolate or food -listening to jazz -feeling my silk robe on my body -grazing my hands through the grass -feeling the warm bath / shower connect with my body
