I would've moved there already if I didn't have my hands in so many pots up here between the business, my therapy animals, and my rentals. I have been condo-hunting for a while now but this market is obviously super fucked. Last week I put an offer in on a small condo right near my parents, lots of hurricane damage and needs a good flip - but that's what I love to do anyway! They've accepted my offer and you are officially looking at Florida's newest snow bird!! I'll still be up north for probably 70% of the year but this gives me time to fix it up until I'm ready to make a full move in a few years AND a place to stay when I come down there so often. Closer to my family, closer to the amazing feedee friends I've made down there, and laying down some roots in my heart happy place. YAYYY 💗💗💗💗 If you've ever wondered why I still work 90 hours weeks, this is why hahahahha
